This agreement applies when you buy AYT products. Read it before you place an order.
Retail customer agreement
This agreement applies to your purchase of products sold by Advanced Yoga Therapy, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “AYT”). By placing an order or accepting delivery, you agree to these terms.
Not a medical device
SX-TRAINER is sold as a muscle trainer for general fitness and wellness. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You are responsible for deciding whether the product is appropriate for you and for following the user manual.
Orders
Until online checkout is enabled, orders requested through the website form are invitations to treat. AYT may accept, refuse, or correct an order, including pricing errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AYT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product or the website. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
