Shipping and Return Policy

AYT, Inc. aims to dispatch your order promptly. Orders placed before 12 PM PST ship the same day; orders after 12 PM PST ship the following day. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes because common carriers (UPS and FedEx) do not deliver to those addresses. Delivery time depends on product availability and the shipping method you choose.

You may return an unused or lightly used SX-TRAINER kit within 7 days of delivery for any reason. Contact info@sx-trainer.com to start a return. Additional details may apply to opened gel or consumable items.

Clearance items are non-returnable and sold as-is. All clearance sales are final.

After we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the product is defective.
